This is due to the fact that the nutritional content in these products are so many, and can be a good substitute for those who don't eat meat or any meat product. Those who are in need of building lean muscles quickly and those in weight loss programs also find the soybeans as the best solution. The soy vitamins, protein and minerals are among those that are needed in large quantities by the body.

The vitamin B12 ranks as one of the essential vitamins. It is required for the purpose of cell division as well as to promote a healthy nervous system.
