Hardcore weight lifters think that this system is designed only for women. This is because little to no weight is needed to execute it. That is very wrong. The one who invented it is a man and he has undergone many forms of fitness systems before he perfected his own. In fact, highly athletic individuals who performed this for the first time are very surprised when they find it hard to keep up with.

The first one is somewhat connected to the next myth which states that it is really very easy and that this is designed only for those who do not want to undergo a manly workout. In short, this is designed only for wimps. That is brought about by the fact that this mode of fitness exercise is very flexible that anyone can do it regardless of their fitness levels. There are specific routines that are designed for each level.

This system is well known for reducing the circumference of the belly. Those who want to trim their figures are enticed to try it because of the proven effects. However, they are in for a surprise. It is not only the stomach that is targeted in this method. Other parts of the body are strengthened as well. It gives a full body workout.

Pilates and Yoga has certain similarities in a sense that they have little to do with weights. However, both are distinctly separate from each other. Every instructor or practitioner know that.
