It is best for a buyer to come in the office of the seller to assure that the equipment is really in a working condition. Some buyers will never truly believe with just the photos presented, some of them would rather ask the owner personally by a phone call or an email. Some even asks for the address of the office of the seller to see the device if it really looks as great in the picture.

Make it clear in convincing the customers to buy your material by providing legitimate information. Always make sure that your equipment is still in good condition. No one can effectively sell goods if the equipment is in poor status.

Be extremely cautious with the clients. Do not trust directly as some might be swindlers. Tell them that the offer is just up to that. If there are interested buyers who request for a delayed payment because of some personal reasons, it is better to keep the machine in your hands first. Do not give it to them immediately without paying it first. It is better to be sure than to regret in the end.

Be highly decisive and definite. Go for the buyer who assures you of a promised transaction. If they like your offer and you are eager to associate with them with no hesitation at all, then go for it. It is best if you are comfortable with the client because such feeling will always lead to a commendable purchaser.
