Keep yourself inspired by trying new activities and classes. Try taking on something you have never done before. Think about taking a boxing class or learning yoga. Maybe you've always needed to ballroom dance. Try it, you can never have too many ways to keep your body moving and active.

Yoga is a wonderful exercise that you can do almost anywhere. It may look simple, but doing yoga stances properly can offer you a very strong workout that builds core strength and adaptability. Not only can you burn calories and increase muscle, but you may even do it in front of the Television!

Days off do not mean that you should be a couch potato all day. Instead , do something more low-key; try to go for a stroll or doing a light yoga tape. Anything that gets your blood flowing a little bit gives you more energy overall, and most critically, it will make the days you do more powerful workouts more profitable.

Exercising with your dog could be a great motivator. Having to take your dog out can increase the frequency of your workout sessions as well as your delight. Some health clubs even offer lessons or activities that can be done with your pet,eg "doggy yoga"!

Lie horizontal on your back on the floor or on a yoga mat. Slowly cycle your legs up and back down in the air, as if you were pedaling a bike up a hill. As you push your legs away, make efforts to totally extend your legs so that your knees are straight.
