When opening to grasp fasting, a lot of people prefer to fast however aren't sure if they can finish it. As a matter of fact many people have attempted fasting and failed to complete their fasts. The feel like they failed the Lord as well as themselves and this leaves them with a sensation of conviction and regret. Its a bad spot to find yourself in, and one that I am more than acquainted with.

If you discover yourself in a condition like that, don't condemn yourself. You must recall that enticement is a common thing to all people. I have failed to carry out my fasts lots of times and for scores of reasons. Maybe I failed to pick a worthy enough goal Perhaps I did not get someone to keep me accountable Other times I might not have been supporting myself in the word of God like i should have been.

Before I got to the point where I believed I could complete a lengthy term fast, I failed countless times. Somehow I always believed that I was capable of making it with the appropriate help.
