Surely you would rather reach for an apple as a late night snack than put on your shoes, drive to the store and buy some chips!

While you are trying to lose weight, ask your friends for support. Although it is you that has to lose the weight, supportive people can provide you with the push you need. Be certain your friends are willing to talk you through those times when you are fatigued, discouraged or simply need extra motivation. Friends can help you while you are trying to lose weight.
