A weekly Kettlebell workout routine

Kettlebell workout routines are a great for cardiovascular fitness as well as building strength and giving you a nice toned body that is not too muscular or too flabby. Easy to get started in and also being very cost affective kettle bell training is here to stay and grow in the western world.

Training with these Soviet super weapons also has huge fat burning benefits because you can burn more calories a minute doing a KB session than any other fitness class available today. A mammoth 20 calories per a minute is consumed doing the KB's which is virtually unheard off.

It's really gathering pace in the keep fit arena. More or less all professional sports teams and athletes are using kettle bells, boxers, UFC fighters, football teams and swimmers to name some are hitting kettlebells hard to gain the edge over the competition. A fast work out simply leaves you gasping, muscles pumped and all in around 20 min.

But now everyone has the option to have a fat burning super cardio strength workout in their own home, because they take up minimum space and cost far less than conventional pieces of home gym equipment.

One of the main reasons that a kettle bell routine is so gut bustingly superior to the workouts is that you are continually moving at speed with a heavy weight. Other typical weight training workouts are stop start as they have rest periods after every set of exercises. You get no such mercy here. I remember do a kettlebell circuit in the gym recently, 20 kg 40 minutes continuous, other people in the gym doing weights [I had been keeping an eye on] done no more than 6 different exercises with a few sets in during those 40 minutes I was training. They hardly broke a sweat and they certainly didn't test their cardio at all.

In my humble opinion there is no other exercise or fitness routine that comes close and offers so many benefits in such a small amount of time. So if you are serious about getting fit or taking your fitness up a level and knocking your competition bandy you need to get a kettlebell and start swinging.
