This basically means eating all the necessary nutrients for proper body development and function. The human body needs various nutrients for various reasons as well. For one to achieve good health, they have to consume all the basic classes of food. These basics nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, vegetable and others.

It is also of paramount importance that one does some exercise. Exercise facilitates proper blood circulation. It also helps in proper excretion of all bodily wastes hence cleansing your body inside out. Exercises range in type and intensity depending on the aim of the person. None the less all are equally important in living properly. In addition, one has to also practice proper hygiene. Hygiene is keeping the body clean and neat.

In addition to fitness, a number of other similar benefits can be attributed to a healthy living routine. Good nutrition, exercise and proper hygiene protect the body from certain illnesses. Immunity levels raise and the body is also freed from intoxications. This allows one to live happily and a longer life span is expected.

One who practices frequently develops characteristics of endurance, agility and they are also quick at reflex actions.
