But with the ease of use and the convenience that comes along with using these places, it makes sense why a person would stop to eat at these places. The trend in this country is that more and more people are using these places instead of cooking at home.

It is not rocket science why people are not healthy. When they eat the food at these places, they cannot feel like they are eating a well balanced diet. The food is covered in grease and is filled with salt. Anyone who really wants to make a change in their diet, a lot of planning will be needed.
